Cinnamon
Square has teamed up with the National Association of Master Bakers and
Califorina Raisins to host a series of one day bread courses across the country.
These hands-on courses cover four breads, each using different processing
methods. This provides the attendees with both a technical and craft based
course. All the breads naturally contain the finest California Raisins.

12 June - Cinnamon Square, Rickmansworth.
30th July - British Bakels, Bicester.
5th August - Slattery's Patisserie, Manchester.
