Introductory Bread Making Course
|
The course takes you through a variety of processes; bread machine, bulk fermentation, sponge & dough and chemically oxidised dough. From these very different methods you can produce a range of products from traditional English and sourdough breads. Ingredient functionality and their interaction within the baking process are explained with the use of some clever props. Completion of the course enables you to confidently make your own bread at home. The course includes coffee on arrival, a buffet style meal and wine. You will also take home everything you make. |

Patisserie for Beginners and Enthusiast

Make perfect sweet pastry which can be turned into Fruit Tarts, Frangipanes and Tart au Lemon. Make wonderful Crème Patisserie which can be used to fill your Chocolate Éclairs and Fruit Tarts. Learn how to make and use chocolate Ganache. The course includes coffee on arrival. You will also take home everything you make - 4 boxes full! |
