About Us

Our purpose
At Cinnamon Square Ltd., we produce a wonderful range of baking mixes for both adult and child.  Our mixes, developed by a Master Baker with over 20 years of experience, come in easy to use kits, individual bags and as special gift sets.  The KiddieKraft kits are all about bringing the enjoyment of baking to children and to combine learning with fun.

Through continued focus on product development we will introduce other wonderful lines to expand our range. 

We specialise and personalise
As a specialist company, we offer a more personalised service, quality product range, information and advice.  

Browse through our site and be tempted by the products you see.  Even if you do not bake yourself, they make a wonderful gift and can be personalised specially for the recipient.  

If you wish to purchase any of our products, they can be ordered securely on-line or by post.


Privacy Statement

Customer Account
When you create a new user account at www.cinnamonsquare.com  we collect your name and e-mail address.  If you place an order on-line, we collect your credit card billing address, credit card information, and in some cases, telephone number.  This information will be used to process orders and, if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your orders.  Please note your credit card details will only be used for the processing of the order and not passed on to external parties.

Opt-out Policy
Although we have to gather information from you to process your order, within the www.cinnamonsquare.com site, we have adopted an 'opt-out' policy.  This allows you to select if you would prefer Cinnamon Square Ltd. or other selected companies not to send you promotional materials.  

Purchase History
A record is kept of your purchases.  Your individual order information will not be provided to third parties for promotional purposes.  Purchase history information may be disclosed to third parties in aggregate (i.e. group basis), however, this information will not be traceable to any particular customer.

Will my customer contact information be disclosed to third parties?
Cinnamon Square Ltd. reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement officials in the investigation of alleged unlawful activities of our customers related to electronic communication transmitted on our site.  We will have no legal liability for such disclosures.

Are my personal messages private when I purchase gifts?
When you add a personal message to an order, your message will be printed on the product or container. 

Does Cinnamon Square Ltd. ensure the privacy practices of other sites to which it provides links?
We currently do not provide links to any other sites.  If in the future we do, we will carefully select the web sites to which we link, but are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these web sites.

How will I know when Cinnamon Square Ltd. changes its privacy policy?
Our privacy policy is regularly reviewed to make sure we continue to serve the privacy interests of our customers.  We reserve the right to change and update the privacy policy and these changes will be posted on our web site.  We encourage you to visit this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of our any changes we may have made.

Terms & Conditions

Cinnamon Square Ltd. mission is to deliver quality products.  We aim to deliver the best possible customer service through the whole of the experience.  We therefore adhere to and if possible exceed all of the current legislation and trade body guidelines.  The conditions below do not effect your statutory rights according to United Kingdom law.

Products
Product and packaging are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Messages
We can include a special message with your gift.  This will be reproduced as you type it directly onto the order.

We reserve the right to reject any message that we consider might offend the recipient for defamatory, racist, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene, menacing or in breach of confidence, copyright or any other legal rights.

Return of Goods
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Home Baking Co.  If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 16 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging together with the receipt, to us.  We will exchange it or offer you a full refund.

Delivery Zones
United Kingdom includes the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

Eire, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are considered as outside the United Kingdom by the Royal Mail and hence we apply the appropriate delivery method to these addresses.

Payment
All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you enter are correct. We can accept no responsibility if any order is held up as a result of incorrect payment details being given.

The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen.  The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay, if you are ordering from a non-United Kingdom address the appropriate exchange rate will apply.

Language
All details provided on this web site, including conclusion of contract, will be in English.

International Orders
We regret that if your order is being dispatched to an International address, it is likely that the local customs may impose additional import duties and customs charges.  These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment by consignment basis.  We cannot predict if they will be charged and we cannot influence if and how these may be levied.

Delivery
All orders received on any standard working day (Monday to Friday) will normally be dispatched between 2-4 days. 
You can request that we dispatch your order on any future date.

Standard Delivery uses a 48 hour delivery service (based on Mon-Fri).

We recommend that if possible, orders are sent to work addresses.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it, but can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect.  We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Offices Address finding service

We take care to ensure that your order is dispatched in perfect condition.  If when it has been received you are unhappy with its condition you can:

1.  Reject the delivery -  tell the courier to return the delivery to us.

2.  Contact Cinnamon Square Ltd. and we will arrange the collection.
